Als wir uns per Telefon beschwerte war die Rezeption des Hotels enorm unhöflich (und meinte auch noch, dass das nicht unser Problem sei). Für uns war es eine richtige Katastrophe da wir mitten in der Hauptsaison ein anderes Hotel finden mussten.
