The apartment also has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, two balconies, two parking spaces, a modern living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. WIFI, bed linen and towels are included. The modern apartment is only a 3-minute drive from Merano and is located in the lower half of the village of Marlengo. The pool in the communal garden is a great way to cool down on some hot summer days. And right in front of the house: a bar for breakfast or a toast in the evening. There is also a bus stop nearby. Service Hours: Night service is not guaranteed between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Late Check-Out: Late check-out is permitted only with prior written confirmation from MUSE.office. Absent such confirmation, a full day's rate will be charged. Same-Day Bookings: For reservations made on the same day as arrival, check-in is allowed only from 5:00 PM onwards. Pets: Not all properties permit pets. Guests must notify MUSE.holiday via a separate email of their intention to bring pets. Where allowed, a fee of €15.00 per pet per night applies. Crib, High Chair, and Bed Guard: These items are available upon request for an additional fee and must be booked in advance.
