"Rooms are a bit run down. Not such big deal if they were cleaner. Beds were comfy. Staff was friendly. Doors were thin … pray you don’t have noisy neighbours. The pool was a s**t show the night we were there… Must have been 50 people in the little pool. Breakfast was basic (hot) but fresh and good. No movie rental options … no way to sign into any streaming platforms… basic cable. Disappointing."

"We regularly travel to Calgary to visit our daughter and her family. We love the pools, and waterslides, our grand daughter can't get enough, ha ha. The lounge and restaurants are perfect for us. We usually eat most meals at the hotel. The pizza and pasta buffet is excellent and the Easter Brunch is amazing. My wife, daughter and grand daughter always get their nails done when we are there, the nail lady is fantastic. This has become our hotel of choice in Calgary not only for the amenities but the staff are the best I have seen anywhere. I hope they are treated well by Best Western. Anyway, until next time."
