This property is run down on the outside. I did not feel safe when I pulled into the parking lot. I spoke to Expedia who tried to call the hotel but no one answered. As I had prepaid I did go in and asked to see a room the clerk was pleasant and showed me the room . It was ok for clean but old and very basic. That was fine but I just could not shake my dread to stay there. Clientel looked mixed saw a family but also had the feeling that it could be "long term stays". May be fine for some, but as a woman traveling alone it was not for me.
Water was brown, lights went out every 5 seconds while in the shower, police were at the hotel and staff was unhelpful at best. I would not recommend anyone I know to stay here. I felt unsafe.
The property was decently good . But the carpets in the entrance in the stairs were older and need to be replaced. The family room that we caught. The beds were horrible. Specially, the mattresses were junk. Pillows were flat as paper. Bathrooms didn’t look like they were even sweep , I would not recommend this place.
As soon as I walked through the front door the front desk lady was extremely rude and judgmental and gave me the hardest time and charged me an extra 100$ for a deposit so I had to pay 333$ for a one night stay, honestly want my 133$ for the room back it was gross and the doors were almost falling off bath tub was disgustingly and had a shower head from the 70s, all in all worst hotel experience I’ve ever had I would like a refund of some sort
I would not recommend the place to anyone. The room condition was Terrible. The fire alarm was going off, the locks were broken the employee at front desk said this is how it is. I was with my sister and it was not safe for ladies to stay by themselves. The name is Premium inn and suites now and was hard to find. Horrible impression so we left in 15 min and booked another place.
Upon arrival and check-in, I found the room to be in an unacceptable condition. The bed linens appeared unclean and showed visible stains, suggesting they had not been changed from the previous guest. In addition, the room and furnishings were worn down, poorly maintained, and did not meet basic cleanliness standards that would be reasonably expected from a hotel listed on Expedia.
Due to the condition of the room, I was unable to stay at the property and had to check out shortly after checking in. I immediately brought these issues to the attention of the hotel reception staff and showed them photographs documenting the condition of the room. Unfortunately, no meaningful resolution was offered, and my request for a refund was refused.
The condition and cleanliness of the room were poor.
There were no pillow protectors, only pillowcases. The bed was completely worn out, to the point where you roll into the middle of the mattress while sleeping. I honestly felt like I could fall through it.
The bathroom was not properly cleaned: there were hairs in the shower, dirty shower glass, and dirty mirrors and floors. As for amenities, there were only two rolls of toilet paper, one of them already half used.
The room was not soundproof at all, we could hear the neighbor’s TV perfectly.
The wall trim was peeling away from the floor. There were no doors on the closet. The smoke detector had no battery, which was concerning. The exterior paint job around the building was only half completed? The room next to the entrance hall was being used as an open storage area.
The smell from the restaurant on the ground floor spread throughout the entire hotel.
The overall condition of the hotel was very disappointing. It’s sad to see owners who do not seem dedicated to maintaining their hotel. I would have liked to receive a refund, but it was not allowed. I definitely feel like I got ripped off this time.
Easily the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced.
The room had issues: no trash cans anywhere, the main light switch did not work, blood stains on the bed sheets, and an extremely noisy AC unit. Combined with neighboring units, it sounded like a large truck idling outside the window all night.
The far more serious issue, however, was safety.
During my stay, I was physically assaulted in the hallway by another individual who appeared to be staying at the hotel. Without provocation, he began punching and kicking me. I defended myself and eventually managed to break away and reach the lobby.
What disturbed me most was the apparent indifference surrounding the incident. Staff appeared to be aware there was an ongoing problem involving this individual before the assault, yet no warning was given to guests. Police had already been called by other guests before I reached the lobby after the altercation.
Four police officers attended and took statements from me and other witnesses. Despite the seriousness of the situation, hotel staff seemed largely unconcerned by the assault, the police presence, or the impact on other guests. The overall impression was that this was not an unusual occurrence.
Afterward, I requested a refund or partial discount given the circumstances. That request was refused.
Guests should be able to expect basic cleanliness, functional rooms, and a reasonable level of safety. In my experience, this property failed on all three counts.
Bathroom was plugged, lever for sink , hot, cold fell off ... there was blood on the top blanket... the is a 1.5 inch gap under door ... i believe there were hookers working out of there. Tv only had 1 channel ... we paid but left after we seen all this stuff, didnt feel safe there.. lost out onrent money ...
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel.
Upon arrival, the room we reserved for my family was not available. We had specifically booked a room with three queen beds, but instead were given two rooms with double beds, which was not comfortable for my family.
We were then offered two king suites, but unfortunately, the issues continued:
• One of the rooms had a strong mold smell.
• The bed sheets had visible stains.
• Under the bed, we found a used condom, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness.
• There was no bed cover for the pull-out bed.
This level of cleanliness and the failure to honor our original booking are unacceptable for a family stay. We expect a full explanation of how this happened, as well as appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused.
Please respond promptly to address this matter.
Absolute flea-bag hotel, don't book it, stay away. Gross and revolting in every possible respect.

Elevator not too convenient. Walked to opposite end from office. It was quite dirty and needed repair.
Breakfast was not overly good as there was no juice and margarine in a tub for toast. Went to pick up a banana and the fruit flies were disgusting.
Room was clean but lacked a suitcase bench and there was no clock in the room. TV was good.
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Extremely hot. Lights weren't working at one point. Terrible free breakfast, just toast. No trash can in the bathroom.
When I first got in the staff lady gave me attitude and I went in my room I went to the wash room the flusher won't flush only if you hold the flusher and their is stains on the bathroom walls not from me and I made a review before I checked out and they asked me questions why I said this why I said that ..
It's how I was experience never again on this hotel
