Lakeview Landing was exactly as described. The house was very clean and well equipped. We liked the layout of the bedrooms as it allowed for privacy and quiet. The amount of stairs to the lake are a little intimidating but if you take it slow and stop at the many landings along the way it makes the trip a little easier. A few problem, only bathroom on the main floor was in the master bedroom, A few items where broke such as the suitcase stand in the basement, the fan in the main living room only had 3 blades and the latch on the screen door didn't work. This house was perfect for our end of summer get away with our friends. Having bedrooms & a full bath on each level allowed for privacy while the kitchen with eating bar, large dining table, and outdoor spaces allowed more than enough space for all 7 of us to be together. Having a 2nd den & kitchenette/full fridge in the basement allowed the college age kids their own space, while we enjoyed the 1st floor den. Loved the hot tub and plenty of chairs around the firepit for s'mores. Plenty of outside seating on each of the landing decks along the stairs to the dock meant we didn't have to lug chairs from place to place. The lily pad was great for lounging in the lake and something we will not go without in future rentals. We've stayed at many rental houses & condos and this was by far the best communication we've ever received. Before arriving, SIVR provided us all details on getting to the house, where to park, and even a great "app" that was personalized just for our rental house, with all details for the house and surrounding area. SIVR also texted after we were in to make sure all good, then a quick text at the end of our rental to remind us of check-out procedures. The home is equipped with everything you need!
