The home offers a mobile BBQ you can move around, enabling you to shelter from the summer Marion Bay breeze. The home is freshly painted and tastefully decorated, offering 2 spacious living areas inside with comfortable lounges, TV and boardgames for fun family evenings. The kitchen is generously equipped and has an adjoining dining area. This 3-bedroom home has the main bedroom upstairs with ensuite and the 2nd and 3rd bedroom downstairs and full bathroom. There is boat parking to one side of the house and undercover car parking for up to 4 cars. You will find a fish filleting area to the back of the house, a deep freeze for your catch and a fire pit with seating for those calm nights.
