"This beautifully appointed & newly remodeled spot was just what we needed to transition in to our vacation. We sat on the balcony in the morning sipping coffee, overlooking the scenic valley and ocean, and relaxing. This spot was close enough to the restaurants, tourist spots, music and airport to be a short drive but far enough not to hear anything but birds. Our hosts were very friendly and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!."

"I booked West coast private but due to a mix up ended up at the sister property South coast private. I was pleased with the apartment overall. It was comfortable, well stocked and beautifully decorated.There were lots of towels, beach chairs and good kitchen utensils. The property has a side view of beautiful Maxwell beach but it is very close to the street so at night you hear the ocean but also some street noise. I recommend including ice trays and adding a vanity for cosmetics. Linens...

"This property is in a great very safe location, close to a supermarket and a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach. From where it’s situated you can easily get to anywhere using public transport, the bus stop is down the bottom of the road which is a fun way to see the island. "Property was extremely clean. The room had some minor issues like the bathroom sinks weren’t properly vented so it smelled like sewage when you ran the water. There was definitely some patchwork done on the walls. The TV in the bedroom did not have any channels and for some reason the AC unit and the bedroom did not get as cool as the AC unit in the living room, but there was a ceiling fan so we survived. The staff was extremely friendly. We did not use any of the pools, but they looked beautiful. The restaurants were mediocre so we mostly off property. The private beach was nice however there was a lot of seaweed. I would highly recommend making the trip to Savvy On the Bay if you want calm, clear water with no seaweed."

"The room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, bed was very comfy, though the room was a little bit older. I had a king bed and a twin bed as well as microwave, sink, oven, fridge, toaster, etc... everything in working order. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low but we were on the top floor and it was sufficient. If you hope to take the bus around the island, the closest stop is about a 7-minute walk from the hotel. (Each time you jump on the bus it is $3.50 BB) It's a 15-minute ride to Carlisle Bay, unless traffic is congested in the mornings. The taxi from the airport to the hotel was about $30 us. The pool was clean and a nice quiet place to lay down in a sun chair. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the ocean, But we did our beach time over at Carlisle Bay. Some people may feel a little uncomfortable walking through some of the neighborhoods that are nearby, but I tend to be a wanderer and probably walked through more of the areas than a typical tourist. When you're a tourist, it's always good to walk around with a friend anyway. Everyone was friendly. Overall, this is not a four-star hotel. It really is a three-star hotel but the overall experience with the staff and the room amenities for the price gave this a four for me. And it worked great for me as a hub to jump on tours of the island etc. if I just wanted to hang out at the beach I would probably get a place closer to Carlisle Bay."

"Reception was terrible they never explained anything about the resort tell us about our VIP check in and the perks. Concierge Chantal was amazing! The other staff were amazing except one at The Village Coffee shop didn’t let me have 1/2 of one flavor and 1/2 of the other flavor was rude.. The bed was like a rock and pillows horrible they needed to upgraded and get new mattress and pillows.. The food at the resort was super expensive ridiculous as was the coffee and the Village Cafe… It was worse than being in Paris or Monaco… We won’t be back too expensive of an island.."

"Hébergement sous forme de suite avec kitchenette, tout équipée, endroit sécuritaire et très propre. Le personnel était agréable et accueillant. Le remplacement des serviettes se faisait chaque jour, accessibilité à des serviettes de plage à l’aide de carte remise par le Resort. Il y a 3 piscines, jardin, endroit de jeux pour les enfants, salle de gym… L’endroit est beau, dans un quartier animé en soirée, des petits commerces sont disponibles, des restaurants également. L’hôtel n’offre pas la possibilité d’un tout inclus, mais il y a des restaurants qui servent le petit déjeuner, le dîner et le souper, paiement à moyen de cartes seulement aucun cash n’est accepté par le Resort. La seule chose à laquelle je ne m’y attendais pas, ce fut la plage qui n’est pas très praticable, il fallait se déplacer aux alentours comme à Bridgetown pour avoir accès de meilleures plages avec eaux turquoises. Il y a des frais pour cela mais ce n’est pas cher avec les commodités offertes."
