We had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating except for not getting our room cleaned a few days. The food was great, entertainment every night, and we loved finishing up our nights dancing at the piano bar.

The staff was AMAZING at this property. Initially there were a few hiccups, which I did have to take off one star for. Initially, our room did not have elevator access, which the staff promptly addressed and fixed. Upon moving rooms, the complimentary wine and separated beds were not provided. When made aware, the staff brought the wine within the hour. Our bed however was never separated from the king to two twins which was requested before our arrival to the property, but we made do for the rest of our stay. Beyond the small mishap, the stay was flawless. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful through our entire stay, and had a lot of helpful recommendations for off-resort activities. The buffet and restaurants were completely delicious, offering something new and wonderful each day. The beach on the resort was gorgeous day or night. In all, we were so sad to leave our little paradise for the weekend. I would recommend this location and stay again in the future!
