Great stop for a one night stay pre a sailing trip. Limited amenities but did the job for one night very well. Very friendly owner and excellent Croatian hospitality. Super convenient to the beach and short walk to main marina.

The rooms are above a restaurant-pizzeria, however they were quiet. We got a room in the back side, so no beach view. Staff was very kind. Our room was on two levels, so the upper level beds were very close to the ceiling. There was no water kettle in the room and not even glasses to brush teeth.

Couldn't be more happy with our stay here. The room has a beautiful ocean view with a huge patio perfect for a glass of wine under the stars or morning coffee during sunrise. Just all around beautiful ocean view without the ocean view prices. The bistro has amazing food as well but what makes this place so special is the the staff and owner at this property. They were all very respectful, provided great service, and went out of the way to accommodate any of your needs. The location is only a 15 minutes drive from the airport and 5 minutes from the old town of trogir. Perfect for anyone looking to see a more local/relaxed vibe just outside of the tourist hot spots while still having easy access to it. The surrounding area has plenty of beach bars as well if your looking to stay close. I would recommend the mixed grill here it was the best one we had on our trip. The sundried spread was a 10/10 as well. However at the end of the day it was the people that made you feel like family while you were at this property that makes it so special. 10/10 highly recommend

A short walk from Marina/Agana Yacht charter marina. Service excellent and provided great place for food with nice views. The room balcony with an ocean view is a nice add on. A desk and chair would be nice, as a place to charge devices and read brochures. Only downside is not enough wall plugs for charging devices. The modern traveler carries a phone and a watch and 2 portable chargers, and sometimes noise cancellation headphones for the plane. Charging them shouldn’t be a challenge. Many places don’t have enough plugs, unfortunately, including this one.

Terrible Experience — Absolutely Not Recommended This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. Do not book this place, even if the price looks attractive. The room was extremely small and there was not enough space even to properly place our luggage. The bed legs were poorly designed and unsafe, and we were scratched by them multiple times. This is a serious safety issue that should be addressed immediately. There is no elevator, so guests are expected to carry their luggage up to the room themselves. There were also very limited basic amenities — no proper shower gel, inadequate towels, and only four tiny towels that were barely enough to dry your hands. The listing also stated that breakfast was included. When we asked about breakfast, instead of receiving any proper assistance, we were given a rude attitude and told that nothing was available. This was extremely disappointing and misleading. The owner/staff were rude, unhelpful, and completely unwelcoming. There was no sense of proper hospitality or customer service. This does not feel like a hotel at all. It feels more like staying in a small private apartment with very limited facilities and service. In my opinion, Expedia should seriously review how this property is categorized and advertised because it does not meet what most travelers would reasonably expect from a hotel. We would never stay here again — not even for free. Save yourself the frustration, inconvenience, and disappointment.

Vi hade en mycket trevlig vistelse. Lägenheten var fin och ren. Vi uppskattade särskilt det korta avståndet till badstranden. Restaurangen serverade mycket god mat och personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende.

Vi hade en perfekt vistelse här. Var i Kroatien i 9 dagar och vi hade våran första och sista natt på detta stället. Super bra service, allt från upphämtningen från flygplatsen, jätte bra rum, super trevlig personal och bra mat. Rekommenderar starkt, Adrian är en super bra host, man ser att han jobbar med hjärtat och han förtjänar att lyckas med sitt nystartade ställe. Kommer helt klart boka igen om vi åker tillbaka.
