"They did not describe anywhere the access issues this property has. It’s up on a mountain and there is no proper walk up. It is rough uneven concrete at an extremely steep angle. We had two small children and elderly people in our group. It was very dangerous and my children fell a few times down and hurt themselves even though we tried to be very careful. 2. We were advertised to have two full bathrooms. Both bathrooms had cold water for several days. After complaining several times the owners...

"The staff is tremendously rude,waited 4 hours for a room upon arrival,next day got removed from my room at 10am.to transfer and i sat in the lobby till 4pm.to get a room,mind you i was already checked in from the day before.They will NOT accomodate you at restaurants if you are a large group!Very,very terrible,loved Sint Maarteen but not the resort,and at the airport the were very rude at check in..too much attitude!"
