After finding the phone number I called but the person did not speak English. Somebody sent a text message confirming that the boss forgot to prepare the check-in and the key in a box. Then later, somebody asked to wait another hour. We canceled the reservation. I hope Expedia has other better hotels. There are many good hotels in Maribor.
