"Nice Hotel I want to rate the hotel 5 stars because it achieves what it is trying to. The staff was great. Food at dinner was great and people are very kind. Breakfast was great too. But I feel they missed on what the place could be. It is a mix of historic and modern industrial. The rooms are nice but generic with higher quality Ikea type furniture. "I have over 100 bookings annually (4 to 5 stars). But honestly this one was probably the best I've have ever been. We were welcomed with very friendly professional staff. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. We received 4 hours free entrance to the thermal park which was also very nice and clean. Breakfast was so delicious. Kids could also use indoor kid zone. That was so beautiful wooden playground. Kids loved that! "

"Absolutely amazing place. Great location! Super clean, super luxurious especially for the price. My only negative was no clue with parking to check in, you have to find parking which they don’t tell you ahead of time, you have to park under the grocery store which is few blocks away. I noticed many people lost and no where to park and then struggling with their luggage up the stairs and across the cobble stoned roads, trying to find the hotel. Now that I know where to park it was totally fine and loved the hotel, would absolutely stay again. Again park under the grocery store down by the river. Or call and ask where it’s located. "
