AlpiNest Premium Tauernstyle Golling

Spacious holiday flat for 10 people with a sauna in the AlpiNest holiday village

This 127 m² holiday flat in the AlpiNest holiday village in Mariapfarr, in the Lungau region of Salzburg, can accommodate up to 10 people – ideal for larger families or a holiday with friends. What makes it special: the accommodation consists of two interconnected flats, which can also be separated by a soundproof double door. This means everyone can enjoy their own private space whilst still being under one roof.

Three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a flexible layout

The larger flat has two bedrooms, a sofa bed, two bathrooms and a cosy living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a covered terrace.

The second flat offers a bedroom with a double bed, an additional sofa bed, its own kitchenette and a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. Thanks to its own external entrance, this area can also be used independently of the main flat.

Plenty of space for holidays together

The flexible layout is particularly practical for two families or couples who are friends, holidaying together whilst still wishing to enjoy some privacy. The 30 m² terrace offers plenty of space for relaxing outdoors. The garden also features a sauna, which can be shared with guests from four other holiday homes.

Comfort and facilities

Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and central heating. Three outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
