"I love riu hotels, ive been to multiple including cancun palace, jamaica palace, and now cabo palace. The customer service was lacking, I think they were short staffed. When we got out the van upon arrival no one greeted us or offered to help with bags. Front desk barely greeted us. Rooms are old ..."
