"A very nice clean quiet hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was around 90 degrees in Innsbruck when we stayed. It was a total surprise to find ice cold tasty tap water. The best tap water ever! My only complaint was the wifi was very weak in our room."
"This hotel is exceptional. Everything about it is designed to make (and keep) you happy. And it works! From the friendly welcome, easy directions to parking, beautiful decor, free drinks in reception, large room with balcony, fridge and Dyson fan, chilled garden, honesty bar and roof terrace, gym, free welcome card offering free bus and cycle hire...... even the stairs were enjoyable to walk down and the cleaners happy to encounter you! Location exceptional also, in beautiful Innsbruck. An amazing stay - will definitely choose Nala again!"
"Wonderful staff, clean hotel rooms, and right in the city center (about 15-20 minutes from the INN airport). Walked right out the door and had plenty of options for food, drinks, and museums/cultural events (there was a fair happening down the street from the hotel when we visited with pop-up shops, bars and food). Would highly recommend."
"Not the cheapest place in the world to stay (or eat), but it is a fantastic location, right in the middle of the old town but still quiet. All the staff were lovely bar a rather surly waiter when we ate in the restaurant on our second evening."
