"Wonderful beachfront property with two beautiful pools. Lobby is open with the ocean breeze blowing through. Plenty of seating for relaxing or eating at the two lobby restaurants. Snorkeling was wonderful and we were so happy to have the beach right outside our room. Salty Iguana Grill was right on the ocean and we loved our dinner. They’re watching the sunset!. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with a wide variety of food. Loved our stay. "

"The room was clean. The staff was very pleasant. We hardly spent time in our room, but the beds were def comfortable and shower was great. Shops nearby all in walking distances from the hotel. Very centrally located to all the tourists activity esp to Queen Emma Bridge. For people looking to book this hotel. Be mindful there is parking charges but they are very minisule in parking lot in front of the hotel. 65cents per hour from (8a-6pm Mon-sat; free on Sunday and after 6pm. Would recommend to bring eu outlet adapters. We didn’t have one… luckily we were able to purchase one for $6 from The hotel. our US hair dryers and curlers are too strong of voltage for the outlet in the bathroom; so we struggled with that…. Luckily the staff provided us an extension cord to be able to plug it in the living area and use it in the bathroom… also things close relatively early in the area…so dinner after 10pm is almost impossible. But the hotel was great and area…"

"Breakfast buffet was the best. Other buffets were so so, and we ended up ordering off the menu which had great options. Watch your charges at Five O’clock Somewhere. Our server W******y decided he would add another $10 to his tip on our ticket after we left. The front office was good about taking it off. Ate at Ocean House 19 our last night. Big disappointment for a $74 lobster tail that came smothered with a garlic sauce, when we ordered plain garlic butter and a salad that arrived with no dressing. Our server argued with us on both counts. We really enjoyed the man made beach and pool. If you are looking for a resort that is close to Willemstad for shopping and other restaurants, Renaissance is the place"
