It is always better for all parties if people bring any concerns they have at the time and then it can be addressed then and there.It is our wish that all guests have a pleasant time and given that most of our reviews give us top marks for cleanliness, I do not understand your comments. We have a mobile number both in your guest guide and also at Reception. It is extremely rare that no-one would be at reception and as you have reviewed "anonymously", I cannot do anything to look into your comments.

I have checked all Expedia cottage bookings back to early September, and find all allocations and payments were correct. So I guess you misread your Booking Confirmation showing no spa included. We could have resolved this matter had you returned to reception. Our photos show a functional holiday cottage rather than a 2016 decor. Sorry for the dust on the outdoor furniture, we will check regularly!

Our cleaner will look upwards and attend to outstanding items. Since your stay cottages and most rooms have been extensively repainted. Our room style appeals to more mature Europeans and Australians and travellers on a budget.

Thanks.We operate as a rural guest house and live on the premises. We enjoy the farm outlook as much as our guests!

Whilst we do offer accommodation in a rural setting, we appreciate some guests like to be close to the main street which is 4 minutes drive away.
