Mr. Veysel, property manager did excellent job during our stay. what a great welcoming, definitely it will be my favorite hotel to say when i visit to mardin. It was extremely clean, quiet and safe place to stay.

It was perfect and clean and good service. I like it . Just if you have back pain or joints pain its not suitable for you because you need to use too much stairs, stairs to reach the hotel, and stairs to the reception, and stairs for the room ,, i think its mardin like this because its old city,

Bu otelde kendimi çok rahat hissettim ve gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebilirim. Otel genel olarak çok temiz ve bakımlıydı. Odam çok güzel, temiz ve konforluydu. Özellikle balkondan manzara harikaydı. Sabahları Mardin’de güneşin doğuşunu izlemek gerçekten muhteşemdi. 🌅 Konumu da çok güzel. Mardin’in tarihi Eski Şehir bölgesine sadece birkaç dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde ve birçok yere yürüyerek kolayca ulaşabilirsiniz. Kahvaltı her gün taze olarak açık büfe şeklinde sunuluyordu ve seçenekler gayet güzeldi. Özellikle resepsiyonda çalışan iki genç çalışanın ilgisini belirtmek isterim. Her zaman çok güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve naziklerdi. Ne zaman bir konuda yardıma ihtiyacım olsa hemen ilgilendiler. Geç çıkış (late check-out) gibi özel taleplerim de sorunsuz bir şekilde karşılandı. Konaklamamdan çok memnun kaldım ve bu oteli tekrar tercih ederim. Misafirperverliğiniz için çok teşekkür ederim! Konağın iki binası var birisi anlaşmalı oldukları otoparkın hemen yanında diğeri de yürüyerek 2 dk mesafede. Bu mesafede valiz taşınması için çok yardımcı oldular. Otel aktif turizmin merkezi olan 1. caddenin sonuna doğru. Gürültüden uzak ve caddeye yürüyerek 4-5 dakika. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve oldukça yardımseverdi. Odaların manzarası iyiydi. Kahvaltı iyiydi. Otelin gezilecek yerler konusunda bilgilendirici çok başarılı bir internet sitesi vardı.

Arkadaşımla ayrı odalarda 3 gece konakladık. İkimiz de hiçbir problem yaşamadık. Güneydoğu turumun açık ara en iyi konaklamasıydı. Odalar temiz ve sıcak, kahvaltı da yeterli ve besleyiciydi. (Çağlalar için teşekkürler :d) Çalışanların ilgisi karşısında mahçup dahi oldum açıkçası. İkinci gün otelin ayarladığı turla seyahat ettik ve ondan de çok memnun kaldık. Yürüyerek ya da araçla gezebileceğiniz yerleri, restoranları, kafeleri vs listeledikleri bir qr kod oluşturmuşlar. Çok faydalı oldu. Ayrıca otele yaklaştığınızda ararsanız ana yola kadar gelip bavullarınıza da yardımcı oluyorlar.
