It is right on the beach and close to everything. We were able to take our dog who loved the beach (dog friendly). Returned home feeling refreshed. "

"Nice walk to the beach. House has good layout. Issues are - 3 out of the 5 burners in the kitchen are not working properly. Discoloured patches on the carpet here and there. Shower head in the master bedroom does stay upright. Stinky smell from the bathroom floor drain after each shower. Holes & tears found in multiple window screens. Many ants found in the front studio / ensuite."
