We are excited for you to experience all that Marco has to offer. This island has the most gorgeous beaches, beautiful water, and delicious restaurants! Our home features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open floor plan that totals over 2400 sq ft. We have a king primary suite with a huge walk-in closet and your own en-suite bathroom with two separate vanities. Enjoy a king size bed in both the second and third bedrooms with ample closet space. The fourth bedroom is perfect for our younger guests featuring 1 set of bunk beds. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo for those that need a tub for our younger guests. We have two main living spaces that feature plenty of seating around a large screen TV and sitting areas for lots of fun family games and puzzles! The bright kitchen is in the middle of the home for easy convenience! The kitchen has a convenient pass though to enjoy the best of indoor/outdoor dining. The dining room area which can seat up to 8 people is right off the lanai for easy access to the kitchen and pool area. Wake up every morning stress free. We provide all supplies needed for a fun family day at the beach. We are about an 8 minute walk from both Public South Beach entrances. When you are finished at the beach, walk home and relax by our large private heated pool. Soak up the sun on our 4 pool loungers or pool floats. If sun is not your thing we also have a shaded area where you can watch your favorite sporting event or show on our large screen TV. Sit under the outdoor fan and enjoy a nice dinner at our brand new patio table which has seating for 8! You can even book a fishing charter and grill up your own local catch! The options are endless in Marco Island, use the bikes to explore the island and visit the many shops and restaurants that Marco has to offer. The home's location is perfect for enjoying the best of Marco Island -- walk to both Winterberry Drive Beach Access point and Marco Walk, which boasts excellent restaurants, shopping and the only movie theater on the Island. And just across the street from Marco Walk is miniature golf at Marco Golf and Garden. The house is also less than a mile from the world-class JW Marriott, where you can enjoy its world-famous spa as well as its 10 bars and restaurants. Marco Island is our home away from home so we welcome any questions to help you plan the perfect family holiday. Need recommendations on renting more bikes, scheduling a fishing charter, or renting a boat with a captain to take you out for the day…let us know! We can make any recommendations you need. We are here to help you have the most memorable vacation for you and your family or friends! Parking: You can park one car/suv in the garage and two in the driveway. Per Marco Island code you can’t park a trailer or boat in the driveway. You can park a small RV in the driveway as long as it is not covering the sidewalk. You would have to obtain a free permit from the Marco Island police department and affix it to your RV in a conspicuous place. If you do not have the permit the property will be fined on a daily basis and the fines will be taken from your security deposit. Cameras: We have one camera on property. It is the ring door bell at the front door. The rear camera on the pool patio is OFF during your stay for privacy reasons. We have it as security when the house is empty. NOTE: As per the Transient Rental Noise Control 30-90.9 Any noise shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., daily.” Security Deposit: A $1000 Security Deposit HOLD will be accessed to your credit card on file two days prior to your stay. This is NOT A CHARGE, it is a hold for violations of the ordinance or damage done to the property during your stay. The hold will be released 5 days after your departure if no violations/damage is found. Cancellation: If you cancel within the Fully refundable period you will get a full refund minus the processing fees. NOTE: Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will loose some temperature overnight and once the pool heater turns back on in the morning it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most heat pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage. NOTE: Please be aware that if you DO NOT purchase the travel insurance offered and you get sick/have flight issues/weather issues/etc and cannot make your trip we have a no refund policy. NOTE: We do not inspect the bikes between each renter. Use of the bikes is at your own risk and is the renters responsibility to deem fit for your personal use. My family and I love the place and always enjoy it. The home is roomy and the pool is great. Walking or biking to the beach is very handy with the location of this home. Outstanding 4 Bedroom home within walking distance to the beach. Everything worked well in the house and the large heated pool was used frequently during our stay. Owner (Kristen) was easily contacted and accommodated our early arrival request. While the house was in excellent condition, the owner is currently renovating the interior so this home will be even a better place to stay. We’ve found our home away from home in Marco Island! Nicely updated, decorated and clean. It is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, & shopping. It has all the necessities plus bikes, beach items, grill, kids games, baby items such as a pack-n-play. Lovely pool area. Really everything you need and then some. Communication with the owner is easy and quick response time. I would definitely stay again if in the area. BTW …Make sure you go to Snook Inn to eat and pick up takeout at Leebfish. Also, Marco Farmers Market on Wednesdays is a must. ##### Charlotte B. The house is beautifully decorated! The walk to the beach was so easy and the house has all the beach equipment needed (wagons, umbrellas, chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc). The house even provided bikes so we could tour the island by bike. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than enough to cook our own meals. The house is also close to restaurants/shops within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay! Close to beach and lots to do within biking distance. House was well equipped with back pack beach chairs and bikes to ride. Used the yoga mat for beach yoga. Nice cooler for the boat we rented! Kitchen had everything more than expected and the furnishings were all super cute in house with lots of extra blankets. We biked to mini golf, gelato, dinner, the jw marriott and really enjoyed our stay. Host was helpful. Responsive and even had a handyman who came and took trash out. Great home to rent with good layout for parents w teens/kids or another family on the other side of house. Would be good for grandparents and family. The new owner is great to communicate with, and has already made improvements to the home. We loved it before, and she has made it better! The home is perfect for the 6 members of my family (myself and husband, kids 12 and 10, and my parents). We particularly enjoyed the pool being heated this year. The outdoor TV is a great addition as well, but I have to admit, we didn’t use it! It was warmer than usual during our stay so we opted for inside TV. As always, the bikes, wagons and beach chairs/umbrellas ensure you will have a great day at the beach. The extra fridge in the garage is also handy for keeping extra drinks cold. Communication was great and the house was beautiful when we arrived! The swimming pool was a massive hit and we used it pretty much every day, but one of the biggest pluses was having access to the bikes and the beach gear. This 4 bed home is equipped with everything our family needed! The home is spacious with 2 living areas and 3 king beds! We loved the bunk room too. It is perfect for adults and small children! We spent many hours on the lanai, playing the monkey game (amongst other games found in the home) and of course loved the 8 minute walk to the beautiful beach!
