This condo is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. (Check your credit card statement) Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival. BEACHFRONT! Experience a beautifully updated front unit! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the South Seas community boasts a large balcony. It offers ample space for your family vacation, with a view of the entire beach from the condo. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom has a queen bed. Additionally, the living room includes a sofa bed suitable for children. Enjoy the convenience of free WiFi and HD channels. EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay. Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass. If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00\. Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3. CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
