Completely renovated in 2019 - It’s a snowbird's dream, a couples retreat or perfect family get-away.
2 full bathrooms, Master Bath - brand new walk in shower, Bathtub in the Guest Bath. the condo sleeps 6!
Queen size beds in both the Master & Guest bedroom as well as a very comfortable pull out couch.
All rooms have floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which lead to the 54 foot wrap around lanai.
The lanai features 2 tables, 4 chairs and a lounge chair, where you can enjoy stunning sunsets and beautiful views of Marco Island’s famous Crescent beach.
You will find just about everything you’ll need for a relaxing vacation - just pack your suitcase!
The kitchen is fully stocked including a Microwave, Coffee Maker & Keurig, Electric Kettle, Blender/Food Processor, Electric Mixer and Toaster, as well as some additional pantry staples.
The Living Room/Dining Room boasts stunning views of Crescent Beach to Tigertail Beach. Hi Speed Wifi & wall mounted smart TVs in both the Living Room & Master bedroom.
You will find plenty of towels for bath and beach, along with extra pillows, blankets and several sets of linens.
You'll find everything you need for the beach including chairs, umbrella, boogie board, noodle, beach toys, a float, beach bag, cooler, and heavy duty collapsible cart with large wheels so you don't get stuck in the sand!
Looking for more exercise than a walk on the beach? Spend time in the 24 hour fitness room located in the lobby of Tower 2. The laundry room is located on the 6th floor, next to the elevator. You can purchase a laundry card from the lobby kiosk across from the elevator.
Come on down to Marco Island and let the stress melt away.
