It is in Tower 4, condo 1605 on Marco Island and the Gulf of Mexico. The view from the balcony is spectacular of the beach and ocean. The balcony also gets daytime sun with the southern exposure on those winter days. The condo was just completely remodeled and updated in October of 2019\. A well furnished balcony allows views of the white sand of Marco Island beach. It features a large outdoor year round heated private swimming pool. The unit is newly updated, warm , welcoming and clean and has all the comforts of home. Flat screen TVs, with over 100 channels, WiFi for the family, a modern style eat in kitchen, a dining area as well as a laundry room near by, not to mention everything you would need for a day on the beach. Provided is a beach cart, chairs and cooler. You will enjoy direct access to the beach, a workout facility and a short walk into town. This is a a very nice condo at a price that is much less than a hotel on the island. The condo can sleep up to 6, with a king size bed in master bedroom, and two single size beds in the second bedroom, and a pull out sofa (comfortable for 1 or 2 children). We have 2 other units in this complex so if you have a group traveling to Marco please let me know. All are 5 star condos. Thank you, Frank Buckles This condo building was designed with a small laundry room on each floor, it is close by the condo. These are very clean and nice with new speed queen machines in them. It costs about $2.50 to wash and dry a load of laundry. The condo is stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, beach cart, and a variety of beach toys. Please be aware that motorcycles, RV's, and any type of trailers pulled behind a car or pickup are not allowed into the condo complex area, and there is no parking for these types of vehicles. There is also a $100 registration and parking fee at the condo office after you arrive at the condo building, this is required if you have a vehicle parked there or not. The views are great and well represented in the pictures. It is a little bit of walk to beach, took use about 10 minutes with beach cart. The beach is pristine and full of great shells. The condo is on the beach with a short walk out to the water. Great views from the balcony facing the ocean. Easy access to restaurants and other amenities on the island. The condo was clean and the check in process was easy. The owner/manager was easy to contact and communicated throughout the stay with any help needed and also reminders on processes for check in and out. Overall a great place to spend a vacation on Marco Island. ##### Troy D. The condo is beautiful with nice furnishings. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies. It also beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. We also enjoyed the pickle ball conveniently located across the drive. The owner was very accommodating allowing us an early access and delayed checkout. I highly recommend it! ##### Greg M.
