Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please remove all recycling from house and put in can in garage. Place All Trash in Bags Before Placing in Can in Garage.
Check-out: 11:00 AM. Leave the house and pool area tidy. Bag all Trash & Recycling and Place in Cans in Garage. Please strip beds so cleaners know what was used and leave dirty towels on one area.
All windows/slider locked. AC set to 78. Ensure outdoor lighting is OFF, (Spot Lights on corners of House). Lock House. Leave Garage Door Opener and Key on Work Bench in Garage. Close Garage Door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rules
General City Ordinance: Sound levels meas at the neighboring property must not exceed 66 dBA btw 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 60 dBA between 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
No Wet Towels or Bathing Suits on Indoor Furniture. Brush Sand off before entering House.
There is no screen enclosure around pool, please DO NOT open Dining Room Slider. There are lizards and Iquanas in the Area & a Large Blue Heron.
