Not sure why this happened and this caused a delay and confusion with the hotel staff. I appreciate the accommodations and our room was very clean and the staff pleasant. "

The listing does not make it clear that this is not a hotel: the reception area is only staffed for limited hours. The only way to reach the staff is by texting a phone number. I was promised a refund for the nights we didn't use and haven't heard from them in more than a week. "
