This luxury beach-theme vacation home is stocked with everything you need so you can relax and enjoy the island! As you step into this lovely newly furnished home, you feel refreshed as you gaze up toward the open-air 14 foot ceilings. Enter the living room to a plush new sofa and comfy loveseat. Past the living area, you'll find a beautifully appointed dining table with seating for 6 guests to enjoy a delicious meal - plus additional kitchen island bar seating. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample granite countertop space for preparing a home-cooked meal while your travel companions join you. Enjoy the feast at the nearby dining table, while taking in the views of the pool as you dine. The chef in your group will appreciate the new stainless steel appliances. Raise your glass and toast your travel mates after serving them a drink from the elegant bar just off the lanai. The spacious master has a king bed with 65" cable smart TV, second also a king with 55" cable smart TV, third bedroom a queen, and the fourth has three twin beds including a roll out. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with comfortable memory foam. The bedding is all high quality and you can expect a comfortable and peaceful night sleep. This spacious newly furnished, tastefully decorated home sleeps 11 comfortably in beds. Enjoy your favorite program on any one of three flat-screen cable smart TVs - a giant home theatre 75" in the Living room, 65" in the Master, and 55" in the King bedroom. We charge a $45 per pet per day fee and will send the request for the pet fee separately from the reservation. Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures. Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house. Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.
