Welcome to this exquisite, open floor plan spacious 3 bed+den/2 bath villa that is a Tommy Bahama inspired home & is just a bike ride to the Tiger Tail Beach. The spacious villa includes a Tiki Umbrellas over looking the water, pool-spa, gas grill, outdoor lanai with a TV & a pool table in the bar room. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from our beautiful dock for great boating or just relax & sunbathe. Take your boat out to the Gulf waters & enjoy wide canal with immediate direct water access. This home is centrally located in Old Marco & within walking distance to some of Marco's best bar/restaurants including Snook Inn, The Boardroom, Davide's, Marco Pub, Marek's, Mario's, Sandbar & more. Pool heater is available per request for an additional fee.
