Beautiful First Floor 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo within a 5-minute walk to two FREE beach access points in the south end of Marco Island. 10 Min walk to numerous restaurants and movies. Beach Cart and beach chairs provided in the storage locker of carport. 1 Spot assigned for your vehicle. This condo has its own seating area by the entrance and a screened lanai. King Bed in the Master bedroom, Queen Bed in the 1st guest bedroom and 2 Twin Beds in the 2nd guest bedroom. 1200 Square Feet; plenty of room for a family of 6\. Brand new Appliances in the Kitchen EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay. CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
