  • Marvelous remodeled one bedroom condo on the beaches of Marco Island, FL. Enjoy the beautiful Ocean and City of Marco Island views from the tenth floor balcony. With private access to the white sandy beach. The bedroom has a king size bed w/dresser, smart 50” TV, walk-in closet, and full bathroom. The living area has a smart 55” TV, a queen size sleeper sofa, and half bathroom. Amenities include: outdoor pool, BBQ area, washer/dryer facility per floor and a covered parking space. The condo has brand new furniture including the mattress and sleeping sofa, a full equipped kitchen, all linens, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler. Walking distance to restaurants.
    Additional one time fee of $150 US is required when submitting lease application to Tradewinds of Marco Condominium. A Refundable deposit secure fee of $200 US is required when booking through VRBO.
