- This property is a gorgeous, inviting vacation home that can sleep up to 8 sunset loving guests. The home has 4 bedrooms with all four rooms having a king size bed. Enjoy the dock if you need to tie your boat off. You will find your carefree state of being at this premier location on Channel Ct. This exclusive community boost beautiful serene views of the water and sun. Sit in the heated pool and enjoy the sunset. This is a quiet and peaceful area at the end of a culdesac. Grab the bikes and beach toys and head to the ocean. The new Publix is a half mile away mile away. This home was completely remodeled and looks brand new. A new dock was also added.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All beds used must be stripped and linens put inthe laundry room. All towels must be laundered except the ones used the day of checkout. Beach towels must be laundered.
You may leave condiments and any unopened foods. Please dispose of used foods.
If you have extra drinks you may leave them. If you arrive and there are extra drinks you may use them. There are spices in the cabinet to the right of the refrigerator.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rules
Our housekeeper charges an extra 100.00 if All towels except from a shower checkout day. Must be washed and put away. All bed linens must be stripped
Dishwasher emptied.No more than 3 cars and all cars must be parked in the driveway. City Code enforcement is strict on parking violations.
Garbage days Monday/ Thursday. Recycle Thursday. All dishes must be clean and put away. Please note housekeeper charges extra if not complete
