About this property

Beachfront Beautiful Oasis

  • Step out side on to the balcony to watch the sunset in the evening. You may also see dolphin when looking out into the 180 degrees of panoramic ocean view. If you want to take a trip down stairs you can enjoy walking a long the beach. You also have a restaurant located on the first floor of the building. The kitchen is stunning and so is the rest of this beachfront home away from home. You could stay on property or feel free to walk to any of the close by restaurants or shops. The Absolute BEST LOCATION on the Island!!

    $45.00 Parking fee payable at Resort Registration located at check in desk. Put in front dash or hang or review mirror if possible

    Must be able to sign a condo rules agreement and a pre-registration then email back or send photos of confirmation.

    Work on deck/ pool area will be being done. Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Pool, spa, & restaurant will be closed for those days.

The condo was perfect for a couple. The porch that sat right on the beach was glorious and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. The bathroom was updated and the shower was perfect. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. The beach equipment could use an upgrade, one of the chairs seemed broken, the umbrella was broken but still usable. The key system is my only complaint about staying at this vrbo. It is awful using keys multiple times to get through multiple locked doors including the elevator. There are keypads on the walls so if everyone could get a wristband or a keycard it would make things so much easier than fumbling with keys all the time. Restaurants not in walking distance but lots of walkable sidewalks for exercise. Rental manager was very responsive to messages and helpful.

The location and views were fantastic, and the little extras were ideal. The property had beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and everything needed for a perfect beach day. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking utensils needed.Communication was swift and stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again!

Had an absolutely fantastic stay in Marco. The condo was exactly as advertised, the property and amenities were great as well. The location right on the beach and the stunning views cannot be beat. Watched many stunning sunsets from both the beach and balcony. Our host was also a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. Cannot wait to come back again and would definitely recommend this property!

The experience was great, from the ease of check-in, to the amenities and the view... Very comfortable and open use of the space. Having the Sunset Grill in building is a great asset for lunch while on the beach to a nice place to have dinner and a drink. Covered parking was a plus. We would definitely stay again!

Spectacular views

I rented this property for a business trip, so it was just me, I have my real estate license in Florida but live in Illinois . I have 5 million dollar listings that don’t have the gulf view you get here! You are so close to the water you can hear the waves on the balcony. This unit was nicely stocked with your necessities, and they had a basket of snacks and two complimentary waters which was nice because I couldn’t get the grocery store before I checked in . There is a storage closet just outside the unit with all your beach chairs, a beach wagon, tools for digging shells, and a small cooler. This unit is literally steps from the elevator, and the laundry facilities . The bed was comfy , sheets were soft. This would be a perfect get away for a couple , but there is a sofa bed so would also work for a girls trip. The Apollo has a small fitness center with a treadmill , stair stepper , free weights and a cable machine, has a nice size pool, although I did not go to the pool with the beach so close, there is also one of the best restaurants on Marco, the Sunset Grill, right on site with indoor and outdoor seating with an outdoor bar. Check in was easy, make sure you bring a credit card, not just debit card for checking in with the building for parking pass, they don’t except debit for the payment . I will definitely stay here again .

Wonderful!

We stayed here for 5 days for a work respite for my husband :). It was perfect! The size of the unit was perfect for 2 people. It was clean and bright. The view was OUTSTANDING!!!!! Perfect in the mornings to sip coffee and watch the ocean and in the evening with a glass of wine and view the stars. If you like looking for sea shells, this beach is one of the best and I have been to many! Jessica is delightful to work with :).

We loved the location & view from this condo! The building is older but has had many improvements made & was very clean. We enjoyed having a kitchen to use & enjoyed sitting on the lanai with the gorgeous view. Jessica was fantastic & responded to questions quickly. We would highly recommend this property!

The Apollo

The location was perfect right on the beach with Sunset Grill right below us! Sunsets spectacular! Kitchen and bathroom could use some upgrades and it would have been nice to have a dresser with drawers in the bedroom. As it is an older building, tended to be a little musty inside. It was a relaxing 3 weeks for us despite the cold weather but I’m sure we’ll be back to Marco Island!
