Weather being chilly was the primary reason.The entry to the pool area had screws sticking out and we had a cut foot the first night.Inside floors weren’t cleaned. We had 4 kids under 5 and their bare feet were very dirty.The room right next to the front door with bunk beds where kids sleep has a broken window, not able to lock.The play set’s monkey bars were broken. ##### Bob H. It was in a great location with a 5 min drive to the beach, so if the parking lots were full you’re able to catch a quick Uber or be dropped off conveniently. The property itself was very nice and clean! We did wish there were more towels for both showering and pool / beach, but we just had to do a few more loads of laundry. My kids and I had such a wonderful stay at this vacation home! It’s absolutely perfect for everything and anything we could have ever wanted! It’s absolutely gorgeous, sparkling clean, the hosts were available and easy to reach anytime we had a question, they went above and beyond to accommodate us when we wanted to last minute come a day early! As a short term rental host myself, I give this home/host a strong five star rating. The location is perfect, the pool is amazing, the layout of the house was perfect for myself my teenage children and their friends, we are walking distance from the beach, the kitchen had everything we needed for us to cook great dinners every night, it’s fully stocked with anything, and everything you could need from beach towels to sunscreen, pool, toys, and rafts that were tons of fun and even bikes to ride to the beach! I was requested to give them an additional 30 minutes, but by the time we arrived, the cleaning crew was still working and needed an extra hour. They took the towels as they were not dry. The pool person was called for an extra service and it was not cleaned after the previous traveler left. We requested a late check-out, but the cleaning crew was not informed, so they showed up while we were still in the property and requested access to start washing the towels to avoid having the same issue they had with us, even though the property was not rented until a day after. We ended up leaving around 3:00 pm and not at 7:00 pm as we planned. ##### Jose P.
