The location was everything that you need for a visit to krakow. The room was spacious. Bed comfortable and I especially enjoyed the high ceilings in the room and the very large bathroom. "There were few different parties going on in hotel, so restaurant and outdoor jacuzzi was not available for guests. All other amenities were just full of people. Hotel manager was rude and not very helpful. Instead of a nice time away from city crowd we ended up in w crowded hotel with no break"
