E’ stato recentemente ristrutturato con cura e attenzione ai dettagli. La particolarità di questo alloggio è lo stupendo panorama che offre: vista mare e monti. L'appartamento è ideale per coloro che vogliono rilassarsi in un ambiente splendido a contatto con la natura e a pochi passi dal mare e dalla spiaggia. La piacevole e luminosa Casa Caterina ha grandi finestre che si estendono su tutti i lati della casa. Dal balcone coperto si gode una vista mozzafiato sul mare e sulla valle del paese, dominata dal monte Capanne. Il balcone dispone di sdraio e di un tavolo dove poter pranzare. E’ la location ideale per coloro che avranno esigenze di smartworking. L’appartamento è composto da uno spazioso soggiorno con angolo cottura, 2 camere da letto e un ampio bagno con box doccia. La cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario. La camera da letto matrimoniale ha un altro balconcino. La seconda camera da letto ha due letti singoli, che all’occorrenza possono essere uniti e diventare un letto matrimoniale; entrambe le camere hanno ampie finestre e sono molto luminose. Nel soggiorno si trova un divano letto. Il bagno è spazioso e ha un ampio box doccia in vetro. L’appartamento è dotato di TV satellitare, wi-fi, aria condizionata in ogni ambiente, lavatrice e box per auto riservato. La casa, semplice ma elegante, è curata dai proprietari che la presentano agli ospiti con l’amore con cui è stata mantenuta negli anni. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und gut gelegen: Der Kiesstrand, Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind nur in ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Maria Rosa und ihr Ehemann waren zuvorkommend und gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank auch nochmal für die Hilfe bei der Autopanne :-)! Der große Balkon ist runderherum mit dicken Vorhängen ausgestattet. So konnten wir uns dort auch tagsüber gut aufhalten (im Sommer). Handtücher und Bettwäsche gibr es per Aufpreis. Es war sehr entspannend und wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Und wichtig: EIN grosses Leintuch und EIN grosser Bezug o.ä. für die Decke ( die bei der Kälte leider für uns viel zu dünn war) wird gebraucht. Das Apartment ist wunderschön und für eine kleine Familie bestens geeignet. Wir haben uns dort sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und der Blick von der Terrasse war super. Pomonte war auch ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Ein kleiner Ort der nicht ganz so von Touristen überrannt wird mit einem tollen Steinstrand zum Schnorcheln. Man kann auch direkt von dort mehrere Wanderungen starten. Es gibt einige Restaurants, Läden und natürlich eine Eisdiele. Alles was man braucht vor Ort. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind auch unglaublich schön. Die Vermieterin Maria Rosa ist eine ganz liebenswerte Frau und war immer für uns erreichbar und half uns mit Antworten oder Empfehlungen weiter. Auf der großartigen Terasse mit weißen flatternden "Segeln" und Liegestühlen lässt es sich herrlich entspannen. Geschmackvoll und unaufdringlich eingerichtet (die Badfliesen sind besonders schön), mit allem was man benötigt vom Wäschständer bis zur Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. Die Küche bietet auch alles, so dass Kochen wirklich Spaß macht! Ein Zimmer hat ein 1,60 Queensize Bett und das andere zwei 80cm Einzelbetten. Wir als Pärchen sind hin-und her geswitcht, was gut funktioniert hat (uns fehlt in Italien meistens die 1,80 Bettbreite :)). Man kann zum Wandern direkt vor der Tür starten, einen Mini-Market, Bars, tolles Gelati und den Beach fußläufig - das entspannt ebenso. Eine hübsche Wohnung in einem süßen Örtchen, in dem es sich herrlich wohnt und auf dem Kirchplatz sitzt. Vielen Dank, liebe Maria! ##### Christine A. Die gepflegte, sehr gut ausgestattete Fewo birgt genügend Platz für vier Erwachsene. Die Betten sind super bequem und vom Balkon aus kann man sowohl das Meer als auch die Berge sehen. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß beim Bäcker und in einem Mini-Markt, der alles anbietet, was man so für den Urlaub benötigt. Am Strand - "sehr chillig" und nie überlaufen - ist man in 10 min und die leckere Pizzeria liegt quasi "um die Ecke". Die Sonnenuntergänge am Strand sind fantastisch - wir werden sie sicher vermissen. Vielen Dank an Maria Rosa für den unkomplizierten Service. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. Wir haben die Wohnung mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Jugendlichen (16, 18, 20 Jahren) bewohnt und alles hat super funktioniert. Der überdachte Balkon lädt zum Essen und Ausruhen (2 Sonnenliegen) ein. Das Badezimmer ist modern gestaltet und ist geräumig. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung beim nächsten Mal sofort wieder auswählen. Für das Auto stand eine Garage zur Verfügung. Die Betreuung durch Maria verlief schnell und unkompliziert. ##### Martin R. Il paese è gradevolissimo, le persone affabili e cortese, il mare meraviglioso...una delle località più belle dell'Elba in assoluto!! Ma il punto di forza di questa vacanza è stato senza dubbio l'abitazione in cui abbiamo soggiornato: curatissima, pulitissima, estremamente funzionale, dotata di tutto quello che serve per rendere la vacanza confortevole da ogni punto di vista!! la padrona di casa ...una vera professionista...cortese, gentile, affabile, disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta, attenta ai dettagli e ai particolari... non avremmo potuto sperare in un'accoglienza migliore!! Es ist genau so wie auf den Bildern. Saubere gute Betten mit ebensolchen Kissen und Decken, Schränke die gut riechen und mit gutem Gewissen benutzt werden können, funktionierende Klimaanlage in jedem Raum mit Fernbedienung, eine Küche in der für mich nichts gefehlt hat, wunderbares Badezimmer, neue Waschmaschine, wunderbarer Balkon mit Berg und Meer-blick, ruhige Gegend, mega leckere Pizzeria fußläufig, Bäcker, Metzger, MiniMarkt auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Für uns ein Traum. Besonders schön war das Pomonte keine Touristenburg ist sondern das es ein richtiges Dorfleben gibt. Maria ist eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar. Wenn wir nochmal auf Elba Urlaub machen dann auf alle Fälle wieder bei Maria. Und noch ein Wort zu Corona, ich habe mich immer sicher gefühlt, jeder hält sich an die Regeln und das ganz natürlich ohne stress. Wir waren rund um begeistert. ##### Christina M. Das ganze Haus ist bis ins kleinste Eck neu und mit hochwertiger Ausstattung renoviert worden. Die Wohnung wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben und die Vermieterin war jederzeit per Handy zu erreichen. Für uns 4 Personen war die Größe des Appartements mehr als ausreichend und bot jedem bei Bedarf einen Rückzugsort. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert, das Bad ist hochwertig und die Terasse bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge und das Meer. Das Auto konnten wir in einer großen Einzelgarage neben dem Eingang abstellen. Pomonte liegt auf dem westlichen Teil der Insel und bietet u.A. die Aussicht auf unglaubliche Sonnenuntergänge. In Pomonte gibt es mehrere Snack-Bars und Restaurants, sowie Supermärkte die zu Fuß in unter 5 Minuten zu erreichen sind. Generell gefiel uns die Landschaft hier besser als auf dem eher trocken wirkenden östlichen Teil. Verschiedene tolle Sandstrände sind mit dem Auto und etwas wandern zu erreichen. Wir haben in Marina di campo ein Boot gemietet und so tolle Strände und Orte zum Schnorcheln auf dieser Seite der Insel entdeckt. Sollten wir wieder nach Elba fahren, dann werden wir dieses Appartement wieder mieten. ##### Sebastian S.
