This traditional 200 m² farmhouse, located in Marchésieux, offers a peaceful and green setting, ideal for a rejuvenating stay. Living spaces: Bright veranda with bar and large table, cosy living room with wood-burning stove, TV room equipped with Netflix and ultra-fast fibre optic/Wi-Fi throughout the house. Modern kitchen: Airfryer, recent appliances, and all necessary cooking utensils. Upstairs: 3 spacious, tastefully decorated bedrooms, 160x200 cm beds (linens provided), dressing rooms, plush rugs, and a large shower room/WC (towels and toiletries provided). On the ground floor, a large TV/video lounge with 4 beds. Two washing machines and two dryers, as well as laundry supplies, are provided. Outside: 8000 m² park, garden furniture, barbecue, ping-pong table, and free parking. You will have access to the Garden of Secrets from May onwards: verdant alcoves where you can relax in complete privacy. Fitness room available from June.
