Welcome to this delightful villa in Kavran ( approx.250 m2 on ground level), with private pool ( 43m2) and an outdoor fireplace with dining table and a lounge pavilion . This charming property offers a cozy and enchanting retreat for guests, suitable for families with children or a group of friends . The kitchen is fully equipped and the open-plan living/dining area comes with open fireplace. With 4 bedrooms ( each bedroom has it’s own AC), including 2 king beds, 1 crib, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Every bedroom comes with its own private bathroom with shower.The villa features modern amenities such as an iron, AC, hair dryer, owen, microwave, a TV with satellite channels ,washing machine, dishwasher, FREE WIFI ensuring a comfortable stay. Towels and bed linen are featured in the villa. Villa has a Private Parking ( for 4 or more cars). The property is fully fenced, and the volleyball net is installed in the green lawn in the garden near the pool. The villa also offers a garden swing, deckchairs , parasols, table soccer and darts for outdoor fun. Whether you're planning a long or short stay, our place is designed to make your holiday an awesome and memorable experience.
