"Excellent place to stay. I would like to give it five stars but for wow reason only four stars appear on my iPhone screen and would not allow me to scroll over. Anyway, highest remarks. Friendly staff, very clean room and the bed, pillows and linens were soft and very nice. I would highly recommend this place. Stayed two nights and loved it."

"Staff was awesome, in particular Christine. She went out of her way to be accommodating. I stayed last year and the hotel was nice. However, the new ownership has done an amazing job on the room renovations and taken the place to the next level. I spend about 2 weeks every month in different hotels and there are very few that stand out but this one does for the cleanliness, renovations, location, etc. When I find a good one it is hard to tell everyone how wonderful it is because I don't want the property to become too popular and then I would have to find another spot. The Three Seasons Restaurant next door is also fantastic; although, I always get the Perch Dinner (pan sauteed)."

"Our rental was very clean, easy to get to and sat on a beautiful inland lake. Kathy was very accommodating and very friendly. Would go there again for a little rest and relaxation."

"Clean, host was very communicative. Full kitchen stocked with utensils, cleaning supplies. Bathroom was clean, stocked with towels and first aid kit. Bedrooms were clean with bedding and pillows and extra blankets, heater and fan."

"We loved this cabin. Indian lake was so peaceful and beautiful. It served as a good landing pad while our family explored the UP.Check in was super easy. The cabin was stocked very well. We usually have to buy toilet paper and garbage bags after a couple nights when renting like this, but we didn’t need to at this vrbo property. They even had games and a first aid kit. The kitchen had everything including a tea kettle.My only wish was that both bedrooms had queen beds. We also struggled with the electric heaters at night, the cabin and bedrooms would really get hot, fast (but the struggle also wasn’t worth us messaging the host/property manager, in their defense). We would definitely return to stay at this property again."

"We spent 5 wonderful days at Captain’s Watch, and everything was excellent! The views of Lake Michigan were absolutely amazing. We stayed at the end of August, and the weather was perfect — warm, beautiful, and best of all, there were no bugs at all!The beach and Lake Michigan were incredible, and we loved being able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a few days away.We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back!"
