Guest Access:

The entire unit 63 is yours and yours only. Enjoy the home, the porch and the garage space all for you and your guests. Guests also have 2 parking spots in the drive way, we only ask that you do not block unit 64 which has a shared driveway space. In addition you have shared access of the communities pool, gym, sauna, basketball and pickleball court. In addition, if you want to enjoy Marbehead's premier Baypoint Beach and marina, you can do so with an additional one time fee for the entirety of your stay



Other Things to Note:

***Important items to read prior to booking.



** Guests can park 2 vehicles in the driveway. All other vehicles must park in the guests lot directly across from the Waterview entrance on E. Bayshore Road.



** Please note that we do not make exceptions to the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to booking.



** Parties, Events, Noise and Disturbances- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. No partying, excessive noise, offensive activity will be tolerated at any time during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF VACATION/GETAWAY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. VIOLATORS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FINES IMPOSED BY OUR CONDO ASSOCIATION/CITY AND SUBJECT TO REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.



** Our city permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our condo. The total number of guests permitted inside the condo at one time is 12 guests. Security camera/recording device are in the hallways and exterior area of the building complex are video recorded. No recording devices are inside the unit. Tampering with any monitoring device will also result in immediate removal without refund.



**We provide both drip coffee and Kcups for all guests, including sugars, creamer and flavored syrup.



** We provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets, in addition to shampoo/conditioner/body wash, dishwasher pods and paper towels/toilet paper.



**There is no traditional cable on the TV in the home. The TV is equipped for guests to use their own streaming device.



** The outdoor pool is seasonal and is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but this could vary depending on temperatures.



**No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the home.



** Local guests must contact host before booking.



Interaction with Guests:

3 days prior to your arrival, our team will reach out for the last 4 digits of your phone number, where we will set a personalized code for you to enter the home via our smart lock on the front door. This makes the check in process as seamless as possible. If guests do need assistance, they can reach out via the platform and someone from our team will respond as soon as possible
