Other Things to Note: In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property. As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest. DOG Friendly with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet with a 2 dog limit under 80lbs. We will also require a signed Pet Agreement as well as a copy of the current vaccinations. Great layout in the main house and very spacious, plenty of beds for everyone to sleep, and very clean. Very well stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need and a bonus they have the kayaks and paddle boards available to borrow as well. The main house and guest house were both clean and tidy with some minor wear and could use some updating. The main house easily slept 6 with the guest house holding an additional 4 comfortably. The main house accommodated all of us for meals and gatherings. The boat dock was a big plus for us not having to take the boat out of the water each day.There are plenty of trashcans around the property which was nice. The only real drawback is the back lawn is pretty steep going to and from the dock but there are some flat areas to play games and such. Might suggest indoor and outdoor shoes, this time if the year there is a burr issue and they get stuck in the throw rugs and aren't pleasant to step on but not really much the can do to avoid the issue. I would say this house is absolutely amazing, fully stocked with everything you need. My family and I just spent a few days to celebrate my dads 50th birthday. And it was a total success. This rental was a great central location. The ladies did a little shopping in nearby towns and relaxed on the great deck in between trips.
