It is very clean, quiet, and affordable. Jackie and his wife go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. The enclosed front porch is a wonderful feature. Owner friendly and answered any questions we had. Neighborhood nice and quiet with screened in porch totally made stress of city life vanish away. You could not ask for a nicer cleaner rental.
