Guys’ get away
Property was very comfortable and accommodating for our group. House was well furnished with all amenities. One criticism is that the tv in the Master BR was the only one that we could get more than 3 channels on. The tv in the living room got 3 channels and only one with movies that were pre selected. The Tv in the bunk room didn’t work at all. I suggest correcting that or provide some guides in the event all of this was operator error. We spent a great deal of time outside and enjoyed our stay.

The property is amazing and the management staff was great. The only issue is the WIFI strength. The TV would not stay connected and would cut off often.

Family Getaway!

The house was perfect for the number of people we had. We all had a great time. We know the next door neighbors and we all had a fantastic time. I would definitely recommend this house for a short term rental.

Enjoyed the property and the family ❤️.
Only complaint was that my Aunt stopped by for a few hours with her dog. The dog was NEVER off the leash and outside. She could not find a kennel to keep her in and we wanted to see her and made all the precautions to not upset owners. Property Management or owner came by and talked to my father. Everything was fine, he was polite. Then the toilets backed up. I let the the property management know and then she tells me first, I need to pay 500 for a dog there. (Prequel: I was nervous at first until I saw the rules. The rules on property stated dogs were allowed on a leash. I made sure that happened) So, 150 for pets is what we settled for. Worth seeing my aunt as family is important. I’m a vrbo consistent renter. I will not rent from them again. The place was beautiful, house was very clean, great place to entertain during Thanksgiving! Just know, the neighbors will complain about everything and the property management (beside the man who talked to my father) are ridiculous.

Weekend Getaway
Love Lake LBJ. This property is perfectly located in an isolated neighborhood. Lake front was perfect as we had the kids in and out of the water all day into the night. It's isolated from main lake traffic so water was calm the entire visit. I think we were the only ones using our boat this trip. The next door house had two jet skis but they didn't bother us. That house was full of kids and adults and we could barely hear them. This property was perfect for a weekend getaway.

Perfect!
This was my first experience with any "homeshare" service and I will definitely be doing it again because of this experience. The house have everything we needed and more. (I.e. board games, books galore, food seasoning, body soap, life jackets,etc) My friend's birthday was special because it was here.

The house was very specious. The neighborhood and area was very chill and relaxing. Was awesome having access to the boat slip. Was a quick drive to the boat ramp. Kitchen had all our cooking needs. The covered patio had plenty of seating.

Awesome house and location
Everything was as advertised or better. Very comfortable furniture (best couch ever!), nicely decorated, well-stocked kitchen, everything works, boat dock and jet ski ramps are super convenient to have, on a small quiet cove just 2 minutes to the open water, quiet friendly neighborhood. Note that the front 3 bedrooms are noticeably warmer than the rest of the house - AC not well-balanced for the two halves of the home, but the provided fans help somewhat. We will be back!

Stayed here with a group of nine of my family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The location on the cove with access to a swimming pad is perfect! The house was nice and clean. We loved having access to the kayaks and all the great amenities of this house. My favorite part was enjoying a hot cup of coffee in the mornings on that amazing back porch!

A great fit for our family of 8. We enjoyed a relaxing weekend exploring Lake LBJ. We brought our own boat, launched it at the neighborhood launch and appreciated the private boat slip at the house. The house and especially the kitchen was very well appointed with plenty of everything to cook and serve full meals. The smoke alarm was chirping upon our arrival and the management team arrived with a fresh battery and a ladder to reach the high ceiling within minutes. Easy to book, calls and email questions were answered promptly. We were pleased and completely satisfied with the home and management team - we would not hesitate to rent this home again. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

About that 4th bedroom...
We enjoyed our time on the lake and left very grateful for this trip, even considering returning to the same house again next year. It was a great Covid vacation because we had a blast and and were entertained all weekend without going out. We noticed a few things about the rental that are not clear/were not clear to us before arriving. The pros still outweigh the cons for us. A few things to note/need improving: The 4th bedroom is an interior room as described (no window), but it is just about one foot wider than the queen-sized bed on each side. This was the largest drawback/complaint we had. Unfortunately this can feel quite claustrophobic, and makes things like changing clothes very difficult, so we stored our bags in the bathroom, which also quickly became very crowded. The 3 secondary rooms share 1 bathroom so we (3 adults and 3 kids) were all rotating in and out. The master is on the other side of the house from 3 secondary rooms and we ended up having a few people use that out of necessity. The doors to the bedrooms are extremely loud. If you want to check on your kids in the bunk room, for example, you can expect a loud crack when you open the door from paint sticking to the door frame, followed by a loud creak because the hinges need grease. You can also hear nearby doors opening and shutting at all hours. We found this to be an issue for all the secondary rooms and the door to the hallway where the secondary rooms were. While we were here, we requested maintenance to fix one of the porch fans. It is August, and some of the nights were too hot to be out there without both fans covering the large porch. Maintenance didn’t end up coming to fix the fans at all, but otherwise they were easy to communicate with and helped us get in to the house when we had an issue with the code. They really do give you a new code for every guest and you cannot get in even 10 minutes early unless you request that or call them. This house is rented often and does show some of the wear of an older vacation rental house. The things we LOVED: One-level house access to the lake meant meals could be inside, outside (if we were swimming), and everything was easy to get to. The floating dock was fun for the kids. We fished, used the kayaks and kids’ standing paddle board, brought lots of floats and entertained ourselves!

Beautiful waterfront house!
I highly recommend this property for a great weekend on the lake! It is located in the cove, which is perfect for peaceful floating and close enough to the entrance of the rest of the lake. Robert was extremely friendly and always kept in communication. The house fit all of us perfectly and couldn't have asked for a better place to send MDW. Thanks again! :)
