Sunlight pours in through floor-to-ceiling windows, bathing the home in warmth. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are included to ensure you feel right at home. The grand master suite, located on the main floor, features a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom, offering a serene view of the distinctive granite hilltop that graces the property. Upstairs, there are two more king-size suites. The fourth bedroom, a charming bunk room, accommodates six with two sets of bunk beds. Getting Around: You will need a vehicle to get to this property and around to local attractions. Other Things to Note: We are available by phone, email, text, Airbnb Message, or can be available in person if need be. No pets are allowed at this property. If evidence of pets are found, an automatic fee of $500 occurs to the card on file. Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property. In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property. As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest. We had 10 people, the openness of the home and design of this 3,000 sq ft home made it look and feel like it was like 4,000 sq ft. Being on the lake and to have use of my boat made it perfect. Unfortunately where the tie ups for your boat are, also had a basketball goal for playing on the water and did tear one of my boat seats on day one. The beds were very comfortable. The smart sink in the kitchen was challenging but hopefully the feed back will get this fixed. Being a boomer, communication by text is not my deal, but it all worked out, the response time was not long.It was a good three days. ##### Bruce M.
