Welcome to Casa Bahari, a beautiful, newly renovated villa just a 10-minute walk from the best beaches in Marbella. The villa offers the tranquility of being located in front of a pine forest and features an impressive outdoor area with a dining area, lounge, a pool with emerald-colored water, and an outdoor kitchen complete with a barbecue.<br><br>Those familiar with Marbella know that its beaches—from Los Monteros to Cabopino—are second to none. You can walk directly to the beach from the villa and enjoy delicious meals at the chiringuitos and beach clubs. The villa is conveniently located near other points of interest, all within a 16-minute drive, such as Puerto Banús or Puente Romano.<br><br>Inside, the villa has been renovated and decorated in a modern and organic style that blends seamlessly with the natural surroundings. It features 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms spread across 3 floors; the ground floor is a separate apartment with one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a double sofa bed in the living room. On the upper floors are the other three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large, fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a comfortable chaise longue, and an utility room with a laundry area and a sofa. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.<br><br>We want to ensure that our guests enjoy the villa and their stay in Marbella to the fullest. To that end, we’ve prepared a guide featuring our favourite beach bars, restaurants, and clubs—from long-standing local favourites to the trendiest and coolest spots—as well as activities to enjoy with children, as a family, or with friends. Additionally, we’re always available to assist with other services such as transfers, yacht rentals, in-home massages, a fully stocked refrigerator, or babysitting. In the bathrooms, you’ll find hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and a toothbrush set. To enjoy the pool area, we provide towels for all guests.<br><br>The villa is equipped with fiber-optic internet with coverage in every corner of the house as well as outside, for digital nomads who need to work during their stay or those who want to watch a film or play music in the garden.<br><br>As a bonus, guests can enjoy delicious avocados straight from our large avocado tree in the garden.<br><br>RATES<br><br>The price varies depending on the season.<br>No outside guests are allowed. Only the number of people listed in your reservation are permitted on the property.<br>Please note that this is a quiet area and quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No events, parties, or loud music are allowed in this residence.<br>We would appreciate it if you could provide us with your estimated arrival time and flight number (if arriving by plane) when making an enquiry or reservation.<br>Check-in is anytime between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. (upon request after 9:00 p.m.).<br><br>PRE-SET DAMAGE COSTS AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES<br><br>- Late check-out not permitted after 11:00 a.m.: €100<br><br>- Lost keys or damage to the front door lock: €250 (the lock must be completely replaced); if complete replacement is not necessary, €125.<br><br>- Damage to the key set: €50<br><br>- Smoking in the apartment: €200<br><br>Guests must comply with community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not organising parties, and maintaining civilised behaviour during their stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be deducted from the security deposit.
