This magnificent villa is located in a peaceful area near the Marbella city centre and the beach. With a maximum capacity of 8 guests, it has 4 bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms, a WC, living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace, pool and garden. There are two bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and a terrace. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped with modern appliances. You will also find a large private heated (on request) pool and barbecue.

Ideal villa in easy reach of everything Marbella offers

Lovely spacious , well equipped villa, benefited massively from air-conditioning. Great pool with areas of shade which was much appreciated. Proximity to beach and the old town put everything in walking distance, which suited us perfectly. We would definitely stay again

Great location - lovely villa

This villa was in a great location - close to supermarkets, 10 minutes from the bus station, 10 minutes from marbella old town so ideal for everything we needed. The villa itself was well equipped, the pool was just perfect and there was plenty of space to sunbathe, socialise and eat outside. Would definitely visit again!

Amazing 50th birthday weekend with friends

Had an amazing weekend here!! The villa is well equipped, clean, comfortable and spacious. 5 min walk to a supermarket that catered for all our needs, 20min walk to centre. Private, plenty of sunbeds and chairs for everyone, comfortable 4 double bedrooms. Good response from the managing agent when we needed him. Fantastic holiday, would recommend!!

Good house for group of friends

The house is exacatly what was promised. The heated pool was bit chilly, but for us, Finns, it was not a problem. The location next to The road was not the most peaceful place but there was no noise inside The house. Living room was really cosy. We had good time there and it worked very well for our group.

Beautiful villa

Beautiful villa, clean, spacious, fabulous pool with plenty of sun loungers. Well equipped kitchen and beautifully decorated throughout. Great location for shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Everything a family could wish for!

Everything a family needs in a roomy elegant vacation villa. A well equipped kitchen, lots of space, convenient to the old city and the promanade. Beautiful outdoor space and a pool! The host was easy to communicate with and Jose was a great help in settling in to this wonderful place.

Great Villa on the edge of town.

Situation perfect if you want access to the town without the noise. Nice large rooms large outdoor area great pool. Well provided kitchen. How to improve Have WiFi enabled Smart TV for device connections rather than by wire. Next door trees mean limited sun around pool Protectors on all of the mattresses meant sleeping was not as comfortable and a little hot.

Friends weekend away

I spent the most wonderful 3 nights at the villa with x4 girlfriends pre-wedding. The villa was well equipped and a great location. Definitely need the pool heated as would be too cold otherwise! Would love to go back for longer next time! :)

A good option

Well maintained property in a good location. 15 minute walk to Orange Square and around 10 minute walk to the beach. Small supermarket nearby and not far to two Carrefours. Excellent pool.

Great stay

We’ve loved our stay at this villa in Marbella. It’s a beautiful house, tasteful and clean with a great outdoor space. The pool was heated at our request and it worked a treat even in January. The villa is well located only a short walk away from the boardwalk and lots of bars and restaurants. The communication with the hosts and property manager was great, they were responsive, flexible and helpful. We would love to return!

Trip with teens

We took 4 teenage girls here and they loved it! It’s only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. You have a supermarket just up the road and Ubers are cheap and quick to help get around if you don’t want to drive. The villa is well thought out and has plenty of space. I can’t think of anything we needed that it didn’t have. We had a lovely time exploring the local area and felt very safe. A great family villa.

Family holiday

Lovely villa with great facilities; perfect for friends or family to spend days and nights in if that’s your thing! The kitchen is well kitted out and there are plenty of sociable places to sit. The outside space was great with plenty of sunshine and shade for the bulk of the day and a great pool. The beach was about an 8-10 minute walk and the old town probably closer to 10-15 minutes. Both the beach and old town have plenty of good places to eat. There is also a good supermarket about a 2 minute walk away. All in all we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful outside/pool area

Brilliant villa with excellent communication from both the owners and villa management (Jose). Equipped with everything you need and the outside/pool area is one of the best we’ve had. It is on a main road but this didn’t bother us. The location is excellent with a supermarket up the road and only a 15 minute walk to the beach etc however it is on a very steep incline. One thing to point out, although air conditioned, bedrooms 3 and 4 aren’t. We were a family of 4 staying so this doesn’t bother us, but I do think it should be noted on the listing. All in all would highly recommend, we had a fabulous time.

Lovely villa

Very spacious and lovely villa. Jose was most helpful. Great outside space with terrace, sun loungers and table and chairs which we used every day. Very comfy sofas inside and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. Smaller bedrooms could perhaps do with bedside light/small table. We paid for the pool to be heated and it was just about warm enough at 27.5 degrees. Loved the old town of Marbella and the beach. I would book this again.

Very nice Villa with warm pool

a pressant stay this weekend, although the weather was not that great, we had a lot of rain unfortunately. never the less, the villa was great, with a warm pool, and enough space for all off us, everything you need is available. 1 minor point. the beds are a bit small. we as dutchies are quite tall. beds are about 180cm long. it was a tight squeeze. but that didn't spoil the fun.

Fabulous holiday

Overall the property was as described. It is on a very busy road so expect traffic noise as well as noise from the nearby sport centre. The twin rooms are very stuffy and hot, even with the fans kindly provided, so we would be unlikely to return in the height of summer. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outdoor space is lovely. The pool however was very cold - colder than the sea, so we didnt use it as much as we had hoped. Everything is within walking distance, but the walk back from the beach is a steep slope - not good if you have a pushchair or, as in our case, an older family member. Overall we spent a lovely week here.
