Perfect Location The apartment is located in San Pedro de Alcántara, a charming Andalusian town that blends tradition with modernity. Just steps away from the promenade and stunning beaches. Surrounded by bars, shops, and restaurants offering a variety of options. Close to iconic destinations like Marbella and Puerto Banús. San Pedro is known for its relaxed atmosphere, history, and outdoor spaces, perfect for walking or water sports. This apartment is ideal for couples, small families, or anyone looking to enjoy the comfort of a home by the sea. Pet-Friendly Accommodation We welcome small, well-behaved pets! If you’re planning to bring your pet, please let us know in advance, as there is an additional cleaning fee for pets. Please note: Pets are not allowed to roam freely in the garden or communal areas. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
