Spacious and cozy 2-bedroom 2-bathroom holiday home on the 6th floor of Block B in the well-known Skol building with great views over the community pools and the sea, on the beachfront of Marbella centre surrounded by all amenities and services you may desire, so a car is not necessary. The apartment is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Accommodation comprises: Located on Block B has three elevators, and access to the apartment is via stairs, entrance to the living/dining room with a flat-screen TV with international channels, a completely renovated and equipped open kitchen with sea views, and access to the south-facing terrace with spectacular views of the Mediterranean (on clear days you can see the north African coast and Gibraltar!); north-facing master bedroom with two single beds and built-in wardrobe; full bathroom with bathtub; second north-facing bedroom with two single beds and built-in wardrobe; fully-renovated second full bathroom with shower. 🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

Communication proor, during and end were excellent.
Property has a million dollar view of the Mediterranean
Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped
Location of Skol is ideal for access to beaches, walking on the Paseo and for the local restaurants
Although there is a washing machine in the kitchen, almost a ross the street there is a launderette where you can leave your clothes to be washed and dried
All in all a great location for a vacation.
