Facing south, it features a spacious terrace with ocean views right on the beachfront, where you can enjoy magnificent sunrises and sunsets. It features a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, a spacious living-dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (Nespresso), electric kettle, etc. Outside, it is fully furnished so you can enjoy the magnificent sunny days on the Costa del Sol: a dining area and a chill-out area with lounge chairs. Gated community with security cameras, a concierge, an alarm system, parking, and spacious green areas. It features a spectacular saltwater pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas, and from there you can walk straight to the beach, located just 25 metres away.

Loved the location, on the beach with restaurants and groceries close by. Easy drive to old Marbella. Great communication with host, super nice apartment/condo with a huge outdoor space overlooking the pool and ocean.
