Ricardo Soriano II This magnificent apartment is located in one of the best areas in the center of Marbella, right on the main avenue, a stone’s throw from the promenade and the beach. In addition, the building has a community pool and grassy area where you can sunbathe. The pool is open from 1th May to 30th September. It is a very bright apartment decorated in great detail. Upon entering the apartment we find a corridor that leads to the living-dining room with a sofa, side table and Smart TV. From the living room we can access the terrace, one of the most pleasant parts of the house, facing west and equipped with a dining area and comfortable armchairs where you can enjoy the wonderful climate that the Costa del Sol offers most of the year. Sun. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed of 1.35 m x 2.00 m, a built-in wardrobe and a complete bathroom with shower en suite. The second bedroom is the main one and has a double bed of 1.50 m x 2.00 m, a built-in wardrobe and a complete bathroom en suite with a shower. The apartment is ideal to unwind and enjoy the best holidays in one of the most exclusive areas of Marbella. It is located just 5 minutes walk from the old town, the beach and the promenade. At the same time, it has a wide range of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and tapas bars. The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them.
