Ricardo Soriano II This magnificent apartment is located in one of the best areas in the center of Marbella, right on the main avenue, a stone’s throw from the promenade and the beach. In addition, the building has a community pool and grassy area where you can sunbathe. The pool is open from 1th May to 30th September. It is a very bright apartment decorated in great detail. Upon entering the apartment we find a corridor that leads to the living-dining room with a sofa, side table and Smart TV. From the living room we can access the terrace, one of the most pleasant parts of the house, facing west and equipped with a dining area and comfortable armchairs where you can enjoy the wonderful climate that the Costa del Sol offers most of the year. Sun. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed of 1.35 m x 2.00 m, a built-in wardrobe and a complete bathroom with shower en suite. The second bedroom is the main one and has a double bed of 1.50 m x 2.00 m, a built-in wardrobe and a complete bathroom en suite with a shower. The apartment is ideal to unwind and enjoy the best holidays in one of the most exclusive areas of Marbella. It is located just 5 minutes walk from the old town, the beach and the promenade. At the same time, it has a wide range of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and tapas bars.
