Welcome to our holiday home in Marbella center, walking distance to everything you need and 7 min walk to the old town and 5 minutes drive to the famous Puerto Banus.  
  
Marbella center is known for its wide gastronomic offer and its numerous activities for both children and adults. The apartment is located just a few minutes walk from the beaches of Marbella, the marina of Marbella and the historic center.   
  
The apartment is distributed on one floor and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with direct access to the terrace.  
  
At the entrance you will find the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, freezer, oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc..  
  
The living room is equipped with sofa, 2 armchairs and TV. The dining room is equipped with a dining table with 4 chairs. The terrace has an outdoor table, perfect for relaxing.  
  
It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, the bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet.  
  
We provide bath towels and sheets for all rooms so you only need to bring your personal items.  
  
The house is air conditioned, so you can adjust the temperature for heating or air conditioning.  
  
WIFI is also available in all rooms. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.  
  
Also included in the rent is a parking space.  
  
This is a perfect vacation home for families and friends! Come and enjoy your vacation with us.

Las fotos aunque reales hacen verlo mejor que lo que es. Una habitación de dos camas tenía en su lugar una de matrimonio que no nos encajaba tan bien; no había aire acondicionado en la habitación principal, el dueño además lo tenía bloqueado, hasta que no reclamamos no conecto y luego hubo que avisar a home watch pirque estaba roto el de la habitación secundaria. El mando del garaje no funcionaba y hubo que reclamar varias veces para que nos dieran otro; por fin era muy incómodo disponer solo de un juego de llaves para 4 adultos. El equipo de home watch fue muy amable, atento y rápidos, lo mejor.
