This brand-newly reformed, five-bedroom property blends luxury and minimalism with traditional Andalusian charm, where each and every detail has been thoughtfully curated. All furnishings, from the comfy bedding and stylish furniture, to the walk-in closets, being brand new to ensure complete comfort and convenience. This property sits in the most sought after district of Marbella, the old town, with it's charming narrow streets and abundance of boutique shops, traditional bars and high-end restaurants, there couldn't be a better location for a holiday getaway. The beach with it's promenade (paseo) is just a five-minute walk away and there's a ferry straight to Puerto Banús from the nearest marina. There is no need to hire a car as everything is a walk or cycle away. With its traditional design elements, including a serene Moroccan bath and a tranquil tea area overlooking a beautifully landscaped courtyard, this home exudes elegance. On entering the property guests will find a downstairs double bedroom, an open kitchen and living area with dining table for eight, as well as a delightful courtyard with relaxed seating for entertaining and a Turkish bath - to cool off or warm up in depending on the weather! On the middle floor, there are three bedrooms that have been thoughtfully and individually designed; one even has access to a Moroccan tea area overlooking the courtyard below. Each bedroom has it's own en-suite. Stepping onto the expansive open roof terrace, guests can enjoy the Mediterranean climate with an al fresco dining and bar area and a kitchenette with wood/charcoal barbecue. There's also a fifth bedroom on the upper terrace with an en-suite bathroom. Whether you're relaxing in the courtyard, unwinding on the terrace, or exploring Marbella's vibrant centre, this luxurious oasis is the perfect destination for a memorable getaway.
